A bit of Tokyo. July 2014.

Awaji-shima, Japan. May 2014.
I am a theatre performance artist that has turned to photography as another avenue for expression. Photography is a fairly new art for me. I took one darkroom class in 2013 and I was hooked to the art form! I began with a used Minolta X-700, using Kodak Tri-X 400 and developing and printing my own work. I then splurged on a Canon Rebel T4i to make my learning process more cost effective, though I miss film terribly. I love movement, blurs, obstructions, reflections, the surreal, mysteries and storytelling in my work, but I am open to realism and architecture. I am mostly having fun exploring the infinite ways I can express myself with this medium.
Awesome! I am now a lensblr member! Thank you! I’m honored to be a part of your network!
Even more from the streets of Kobe, Japan in Black and White. Back in April 2014.
